Without a doubt the best customer service in the North Bay. Beyond customer service, there is a real sense of community at Deep Roots you just can’t hope to get anywhere else.

Great store and the staff is always helpful, it is a small store but its packs a punch for my garden. They also have locations around the north bay to help me out.

No flaws that I can think of. They give as much value for the money as I think is possible, given the gov’t constraints upon small brick & mortar businesses.
