I called this company to ask for help and was denied any, I was told that "it is not their responsibility" but correct me if I'm wrong, the company SHOULD care if their customer, who is eager to get their products, receives their package or not! They charged me more than double the price of the product for "shipping and handling" and who took my money and failed to do the job?! I'm not about to pay for service and go after the shipping company THEY are paired with; I already contacted USPS and they, of course, don't know anything about it either... they just did their job of shipping it out to GOD knows where. To be clear my address was submitted correctly. I also feel extremely insulted that I was denied a replacement due to "people calling for free product, claiming that their orders did not arrive". I paid, waited, did not receive anything, and got insulted and denied help. What does that leave me, the last idiot standing? I will not give this company anything above one star until I either receive my product without any additional charges, or a refund. PS. I REALLY wanted a GeoPot for my plant, and I still want one but I just got screwed! I am very uncomfortable with ordering from this company again due to the fact that they don't care if their product reaches its destination, or offer UPS shipping.
