I visited this location for the first time but frequent their Temecula store for Perlite, coco coir medium, flats and plug trays. I attended their annual block party/Customer Appreciation day. WOW! First off, the sales prices were drastically low. Secondly, there were as many staff in the store as there were customers, so no shortage of people to answer questions. I walked out with a seedling lamp, and half way to my car one of their reps met up with me with some bulbs for the lamp! I remarked that the other brand of lamp they had contained bulbs, and I was informed that this brand did not. WOW, WHAT SALESMANSHIP! Also, just being around that many other farmers and growers was a resource of information just talking to people in line for the free food or libation. Then, you walk through their parking lot and every vender you could think of had a representative present to show you the latest product line, answer questions AND PROVIDE FREE SAMPLES! Thank You ALL!
