   Does this place actually exist?? I think it’s a total scam. Place an order and throw your money away; you won’t get your order or your money back, in fact you’ll never hear from them. Scam!!

   Worst company ever to order from !!!!! I ordered a product online and several days after ordering the product I checked back with them and spoke with Najee, who informed me that my order was being shipped shortly. Another 4 days later I still had yet to receive my tracking number for the order so I called Hydro Galaxy and spoke with Noah, who then informed me they are out of the product and will no longer be carrying it. SO 7 days after I placed my order with no phone call or e-mail letting me know the product is out of stock and discontinued I am finally finding the extent of the small companies failure, the shocking thing is who knows how long I would have waited to be contacted about this if I didn’t proactively track what I paid for. So it’s now been 4 days since Hydro Galaxy told me they were going to refund my money and still no refund. So looks like I am going to have to start beating there door down just to get my money back. WORST COMPANY EVER. I will now always use Worms Way for my needs, staff is awesome and they do what they say unlike Hydro galaxy !!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money with such a horrible company like Hydro Galaxy !!!!!!
