I was treated very kindly when visiting the Indoor Gardener! I have been trying to save my jade plants with no luck. After explaining what was described to me as root rot, the gals there gave me some root boost drops which I have already used. They understood my frustration and despair and were interested in helping my plants – and me! Much thanks to The Indoor Gardener!

Store is laid your good. Staff helpful. HOWEVER, do not expect a call back once you leave the store as promissed, In that fact I find it poor customer service. I hate being told someone will do something then not follow up. I thought I would give them a try since they are closer to my house. But I will go back to where I normally shop

Stopped by to get soil at 1:45 Saturday afternoon and the Store was closed! Should have been opened until 3:00. There was another couple that stopped as well! What are your hours?
