No Returns or Refunds on ANYTHING! Even if they say they will take something back. They wont. Bought a t5 for $150 (4 bulb) 8000 lumens. Found a much better deal that same day, Better light, 10000 lumens, $50, Brand new in the box.. Had to turn away cause these guys got all my available fund If you like spending too much for your grow, then go.

I would not recommend this store. Not because of the employees ( they usually seem to treat me fair.
Iv spent a few hundred dollars there. I needed a few fans , and they were a little closer than home depot. They have the same fan for a few more $. So they only had one of what i was looking for, said they could have the other one here the next day and to come in on my lunch break to grab it. So i paid fore both fans and came in the next day on my lunch break. One of the employees said “sorry bro he hasn’t made it back from Denver yet” . The next day i came in the next morning only to find out the fan didn’t make it in, maybe Monday. The employee at that time was told to give me a smoking deal on another fan. meaning more $ out of my pocket.So i just left out of frustration. HERES WHERE IT GETS GOOD. Monday i walk in the store to see the owner is there,but busy with other ppl. As i patiently walk around , the owner gets my attention and says hay man we still don’t have that fan BUT we have one ordered . come in later to get it.
I proceeded to express my concern as the owner talks over me explaining why he does not have the fan.
I said ” excuse me im a customer trying to express my concern and i don’t appreciate being interrupted
may i speak now” . After I explained how we arrived at this point , the owner rolls his eyes and says ”
can i talk now” Yes . Again explaining how they were bending over backwards for me. As he became sarcastic with me I ask ” may i just have my money back” Sure . as he is telling other ppl i don’t care and im an asshole.
woowoo buddy im just an unhappy customer getting rude service. NO YOUR A D!CK GET THE FU*K OUTTA MY STORE BEFORE I BUST YOUR FN FACE IN” I said ” not looking to fight tough guy but i do believe this place has cameras and you would get in some kind of trouble” He said while puffing up ” I don’t care lets go out side and i will bust your face in” Then followed me outside cursing and screaming ” I will bust your face in and snap you like a twig”!!!! . LOL … WOW….

It’s a great place, they have everything you need. It’s locally owned an ran. The staff is great also.

The Grow Store is the one place I go for all of my indoor garden supplies. They always have the best products at great prices, and the service is outstanding. You can tell that they take pride in their work!
The Grow Store has never let me down..

This Place is great! They helped me get started on my own indoor garden. I went in there with no idea what i needed, and they were patient and helpful. I went home with everything i needed and had my garden going in no time.
