I don’t know about anyone else but these reviews on here look really fake. Try reading other reviews online. Worst costumer service. I even tried to speak to the owner/manager with no better results I wouldn’t go to any of the locations again. I will drive an extra 10mins just not to go to hdro pros again. Wonder why there are so many bad reviews As far as them being “very busy” every time I was there I was the only one in the store lol. I NEVER received a discount on any of the things I purchased at that hell hole. Prices are super high and there is NOWAY the prices are Msrp. The place wouldn’t have so many bad reviews if it was as great as you claim buddy. I can’t wait to see that store front CLOSED. beware of this place or u will be writing the next review

This place is a joke. The bald dude behind the counter was on his phone the whole time, had an attitude with me and I was there to spend 3000 on a new room. I left and went to The Cultivation Station right down the road and got treated way better with a bigger discount on my recipt than I would have got at HydroPros.

The guys that work here are real cool. We had a fun time putting together all of the things I was going to need for my first grow. They explained to me why they recommended one product over another and told the me the cheapest route to go. You can tell they’re not in it for the money, they truely have a passion for the hydroponic industry. I’ll be sure to come back when I have questions.

They don’t just call themselves hydro pros for no reason… they are by far the most professional in the business. The staff there is great, they seemed to know everything about the products they carry and they were more than happy to help me out…
