By far my favorite hydro store I’ve been to. Nick the owner is very nice and helpful. I was having some trouble with mold and was recommended a couple different options and tricks. One stop shop for advice and product.

The owner of this place is a head case, I know of 2 sepeeate people who he has went cukoo on and threw a rage fit because of his own incompetence. Cussing and screaming as they left, after they inquired about a special order that was never placed. The Guy clearly doesn’t care at all about his customers or making money for that matter. His staff is nice but he ruined any future business I would have there by his mistreatment of the people I know. Karma struck though when he over refunded one of them in his red raging. I do not recommend this place.

The owner is a complete prick. I visited his store, and was there for all of 2 minutes before I was told to get out. Go to a different store for your equipment, green lantern on laketon is very friendly, and probably more knowledgeable. Or order online.

Absolutely the worst business in Muskegon MI. Nick Thrasher has some kind of mental issues or something (he’s the owner) as he’ll lose it on you over mentioning you went to go check out the local Tractor Supply place to look for Jiffy pellets and then went to his OVER priced store so he can do YOU A FAVOR by providing the most insane experience of dealing with someone in a retail store. Just aggressive and overly mean when you’re trying to give him money…
If you’re in Muskegon the only shop that might have what you need and not be full of morons is Green Lantern on Laketon, but they’re small so you might have to order something, but at least they treat you right unlike this mental case.

The owner is a straight up jerk. He is very rude, has absolutely no customer service skills at all, and honestly probably needs to be on some anti-social medications. After being told to leave for reasons that are unclear to me, I went to the place on laketon ave. I think it was called Green Lantern or something like that, and that guy was cool as hell, and had everything that I needed for a better price then what third coast has it at.
