He is very rude, has absolutely no customer service skills at all, and honestly probably needs to be on some anti-social medications. After being told to leave for reasons that are unclear to me, I went to the place on laketon ave. I think it was called Green Lantern or something like that, and that guy was cool as hell, and had everything that I needed for a better price then what third coast has it at. Avoid this place. Nick Thrasher has some kind of mental issues or something (he's the owner) as he'll lose it on you over mentioning you went to go check out the local Tractor Supply place to look for Jiffy pellets and then went to his OVER priced store so he can do YOU A FAVOR by providing the most insane experience of dealing with someone in a retail store. Just aggressive and overly mean when you're trying to give him money... If you're in Muskegon the only shop that might have what you need and not be full of morons is Green Lantern on Laketon, but they're small so you might have to order something, but at least they treat you right unlike this mental case. Cussing and screaming as they left, after they inquired about a special order that was never placed. The Guy clearly doesn't care at all about his customers or making money for that matter. His staff is nice but he ruined any future business I would have there by his mistreatment of the people I know. Karma struck though when he over refunded one of them in his red raging.
