When a DS ballast is in 12/12 mode an OFF, it displays a green light and a RED light (green digital display, red Off indicator light). Didnt anybody tell these guys not to shine red into the dark cycle? When in 12/12 mode and ON, and there is a power outage, a DS ballast will restart ON, but at neither the time that it was at when the power outage occurred, nor at the start of a new 12/12 cycle. Its new time choice logic is still a mystery to me.
