A few of my plants were starting to root-ball at the bottom of the pot and had root rot. I applied this to the roots and it washed off the nasty slime... within a week they were as white as my teeth! Even if your water is fine, I'd add these to the plants to break down the nasty minerals in your soil or to clean out your hydro/irrigation hoses.
