kind has a 3 year warranty and 90 day grow guarantee. call them up and they should send you a new light. thought i read somewhere that they would send you a new one before you sent yours back so you didn’t go without your light.

I just got a kind k3 l600 Feb 21 started a grow after getting my medical card with my mom. My mom had cancer was told she would die in less then a yr back in 1986. Well to make a long story short she lived but had just passed feb19. So I perchest a kind light. Everything was going great until Mar 20 when one one the circle of led lights went out. So I haven’t even got threw a grow. Not even a month and light goes out day before my bday. Just my luck. Although im happy with results so far called super closet for help and was told to send back after im done with grow. And I would have to pay to ship even though I haven’t had this for a month and already have a problem. I like to get two more of the new k5 XL1000 but am not to sure that about them being dependable or about customer service. I will try to call kind soon to try to make a deal to have three working lights at same time. And not lose anymore time growing then I already have.
