I've previously owned magnetic, electronic, digital, and dimmable and this is by far better than the rest of them. The fan is a little loud but atleast it doesn't have that electric buzz sound (it's quieter than all the others I've tried though). Don't switch the ballast from 100 to 50 or it will mess it up internally. But overall this works great, I love it, and wouldn't choose any other brand (like Lumatek) over it.
