i called on the phone and was helped by a very friendly and helpful young lady. i was only looking for an inexpensive item. a gro lite. she offered me a range of options, and even helped me with shipping, since i live 25 miles south in wheeler. very easy to work with, in fact a pleasure. i do not usually fill out this kind of thing thats how impressed i was.. ALL THE BEST TO THEM.
