These guys are DEFINITELY the absolute BEST around! I am that annoying BRAND NEW grower with bazillions of questions despite, and due to, tons of online research. It doesn’t matter when I get there, with whom I speak, or how many questions I ask, I never feel hurried, like I’m being a pest, or even like I’m an idiot, as I have been made to feel by other grow stores. In fact, they always ENCOURAGE my questions and actually encourage me to call or stop by if I have any more questions or problems of any kind (even if they’re problems with items purchased elsewhere or plant-raising-in-general problems!)! I have literally shown up right before closing and was STILL not hurried along AT ALL and had all my questions answered just as generously as if I had arrived at an earlier time! They have even made it a point to actually know us; as in back-in-the-day, small-town, personal, know-your-name type of customer service that you don’t find anywhere anymore! They have A LOT of stock, and are able to get things they don’t have super crazy fast! I absolutely love this store and have absolutely NO intention of shopping elsewhere for my gardening needs. Go there! You will NOT regret it!
