I just discovered this place last week. We Just moved into town from San Francisco and it seems to be a cool place, i will most likely continue to come here.

I have been shopping at Hydro Zen for a few years now and love there store. They have a much better variety of products to choose from than Home Depot or Lowes. I will continue to do business with them as long as I live in Hemet. There knowledge of there products and what works best for what ever your growing is the best around. I would give them a 5 Star for customer service and there products.

After using Hydro Zen basically since it opened, we bought a bad bottle of nutrients 3 days ago. When we opened it we found that it was not fresh stock and had chunks floating in it. Today I was able to get back to Hemet to return it. One of the associates took it to “the boss” who said it could not be returned because it was opened. I asked how else we would know it was no good unless we had opened it to look at it and determine it was no good. The associate looked into it and saw what we had seen. He realized what I reported was true and took the bottle back to “the boss” who said no refund, no store credit. I simply could not believe I basically just threw away $40.15 on something that was no good and they could clearly see that it was not right. So now we will be driving a little further to Discount Hydroponics, but at least we know we can get a good product there and when it’s not right, they make it right. Karma will work.
