Kessil H350 LED Grow Light Review
The Kessil LED Grow Light H350 is a high intensity lighting system for growing plants indoors. It works great for bonsais, herbs, flowers and many other plants. The H350 is very low energy for its high power output. It achieves this by utilizing a large number of small LED lights that use a combined power of only 90 watts. The H350 is perfect for a 2'x2' garden area. If you hang it high enough then you can manage to cover around a three foot diameter. It is generally recommended that you get an extra light for more flowers and larger growing areas.
The H350 comes in a few different color spectrums. You have purple, blue, red and magenta to choose between. It is important to make sure that you are using the proper color spectrum for your plants depending on which stage of growth they are in. The wide variety of colors that you can choose between with the H350 is especially useful for ensuring that flowers bloom and plants stay healthy.
As far as actually using the light is concerned, the H350 only weighs around four pounds. Since it is so light, it is actually possible to hang it from the ceiling or any sturdy pole that might be available. The system is also designed to output very little heat and comes equipped with fans, thermal plates and a heat sink. This is important, since maintaining an appropriate temperature is vital to a plant's survival.
The Kessil LED Grow Light H350 works great as a supplemental light source to your garden. If you need to bring your bonsais or flowers in from the cold during the winter, then this will work perfectly. I used mine to grow some basil indoors during the summer and I had some excellent results. I also used it on my maple bonsai garden during the winter months and it looks wonderful. I have heard of some problems with the LED lights in this particular model burning out after frequent use over time, but so far, I have not had any troubles.
