AzaSol™ is a bio-insecticide from the botanical plant Neem. This non-oil based, water soluble powder is effective on a broad spectrum of insects. It can even be applied as directed to any food crop up to and including the day of harvest. AzaSol™ is non-phytotoxic when used as directed.
AzaSol™ is not designed to kill insects. It works as an insect growth regulator (IGR) by preventing insects from developing into their next life form and inhibits reproduction. In these ways it breaks their lifecycle. It can take time and require multiple applications to break the lifecycle of the target insect and get rid of an insect population. Azasol may not completely prevent feeding depending on the particular situation.

Since it’s not oil-based it can be used under direct sunlight. It’s water-soluble, high concentration. You can spray your plant to keep the bugs away. Once the pest ingests or comes in contact with the powder it’s going to disable the insect from being able to reproduce. Best used in early spring. Worked great for me!
