I always use this when transplanting into a bigger container. I spray the roots with VermaPlex and then I mix Pro-Mix into my soil, transplant it, and then add a top layer of it. I’ve been using this method for two years now and have never had a plant go into shock, no having to wait 2-3 days for it to recover and start growing again.
